The Centre of the Regional Committee (CRC) is housed in the historic Villa Vasváry that was built in 1884. The building is situated in a beautiful park, whose highlights are the delicately ornamented southern façade with rich colours of glazed Zsolnay majolica reliefs and the interiors decorated with Zsolnay ceramics. The well-equipped modern halls of the Villa Vasváry are an ideal venue for hosting conferences. The rooms accommodating guests are equally suitable for creative work and rest.

Pécs

Even the prehistoric men found shelter and a place to settle in this region. Protected by the Mecsek, the Roman Sopianae had grown to a city 2000 years ago. This settlement turned into one of the administrative centres of Pannonia by the end of the 3rd century AD.
