How to get to the conference

Gakushuin University is located next to JR (Japan Railway) station Mejiro. The Mejiro station is served by JR Yamanote-line that circles the Tokyo downtown therough major stations including Tokhyo, Ueno, Ikebukuro, Shinjuku and Shibuya. Trains run every 3 to 5 minutes for this line.
Tokyo has two international airports: Narita and Handea. Majority of the international flights arrives at Narita. There are two pracical options for the transportation from Narita Airport to Tokyo, train or bus. Please note that taxi fare will be more than 25000 yen. The most convenient way to reach the Gakushuin University Campus is to take a Keisei Skyliner express train from Narita Airport to Nippori, and then take Yamanote line at Nippori to Mejiro. Taxi fare from Nipori or Ueno (terminal station of Keisei Skyliner) to the Gakushuin University Campus will be approximately 2800 yen.

Accomodation

A block of rooms have been booked for the conference participants at Hotel Mejiro Mets, with 9300 yen/night including breakfast and tax. The hotel is located 20 meters away from the Gakushuin campus.
